Summary

CVE-2023-48811 is a vulnerability affecting the TOTOLINK X6000R V9.4.0cu.852_B20230719 firmware. The issue lies within the shttpd file and specifically, the sub_4119A0 function. Here, the Uci_Set_Str function is employed to acquire data from the front-end. When this data is subsequently passed to the CsteSystem function, it creates a command execution vulnerability, allowing unauthorized users to execute arbitrary system commands. This vulnerability can potentially lead to serious security implications, and it is recommended that users apply appropriate patches or updates to mitigate the risk.
