Summary

CVE-2023-48700 is a vulnerability affecting the Nautobot Device Onboarding plugin. In versions prior to 3.0.0, credentials used during the onboarding process were exposed via Job Results. This issue, which impacts the simplified device onboarding feature, can lead to the exposure of sensitive information. The latest version, 3.0.0, includes a fix for this vulnerability. Until upgrading, organizations can mitigate the risk by deleting all Job Results for onboarding tasks and rotating exposed credentials.
