Summary
CVE-2023-48670 is a privilege escalation vulnerability affecting Dell SupportAssist for Home PCs versions 3.14.1 and earlier. An attacker with local, low privileged access can exploit this issue, resulting in the execution of arbitrary executable code with elevated privileges.
