CVE-2023-48495

Summary

CVE-2023-48495 is a Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.18 and prior. This issue allows a low-privileged attacker to inject malicious JavaScript code into a vulnerable page by convincing a victim to visit a specially crafted URL. Successful exploitation can result in the execution of the attacker's code within the victim's browser. The vulnerability is DOM-based, meaning it exploits weaknesses in the handling of data within the Document Object Model (DOM).
