Summary

CVE-2023-48479 is a Cross-site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting Adobe Experience Manager versions 6.5.18 and older. This issue is DOM-based, meaning it exploits weaknesses in the handling of user input within the application. An attacker who successfully deceives a victim into visiting a specially crafted URL can execute malicious JavaScript code within the victim's web browser, potentially gaining unauthorized access or stealing sensitive information.
