Summary
CVE-2023-48323 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting the Awesome Support – WordPress HelpDesk & Support Plugin. This issue allows an attacker to manipulate a user's session and execute unintended actions on the plugin, such as ticket creation or deletion. The vulnerability impacts versions from n/a to 6.1.4 of the plugin. Users are advised to update to the latest version to mitigate this risk.
