Summary

CVE-2023-48198 is a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the 'product description' component in the '/api/stock/products' endpoint of Grocy versions up to 4.0.3. An attacker can exploit this issue to inject malicious scripts into a victim's web browser, gaining unauthorized access to their cookies, potentially leading to sensitive data theft or unauthorized actions.
