Summary

CVE-2023-48029 refers to a vulnerability in Corebos version 8.0 and below, where an attacker with limited access can inject malicious commands into tables using CSV Injection. This issue is particularly dangerous because an administrator, who may have higher privileges, can unknowingly trigger the exploit by exporting the data to a CSV file and opening it. The malicious payload is then executed on the administrator's computer. This vulnerability poses a significant risk to the security of systems running affected versions of Corebos and necessitates immediate patching to prevent potential attacks.
