Summary

CVE-2023-4796 is a vulnerability affecting the Booster for WooCommerce plugin for WordPress. This issue allows authenticated attackers with subscriber-level access or higher to disclose sensitive information through the 'wcj_wp_option' shortcode in versions 7.1.0 and below. The shortcode does not have sufficient controls, enabling attackers to retrieve arbitrary sensitive site options, posing a significant risk to the security and privacy of affected WordPress sites.
