Summary
CVE-2023-47861 is a newly discovered cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability. This issue impacts the channelBody.php user name functionality in WWBN AVideo versions 11.6 and the dev master commit 15fed957fb. A maliciously crafted HTTP request can exploit this weakness, resulting in the execution of arbitrary JavaScript code. An attacker can potentially manipulate a user into visiting a malicious webpage, triggering the vulnerability.
