Summary

CVE-2023-47695 is an unauthorized Reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting versions 1.5.3 and below of the Scribit Shortcodes Finder plugin. An attacker can exploit this issue by injecting malicious scripts into a webpage, potentially stealing user data or gaining unauthorized access to user accounts. Successful exploitation requires the attacker to manipulate a URL or form input to trigger the vulnerability.
