Summary

CVE-2023-47660 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting versions 1.4.9 and below of the WP Wham Product Visibility by Country plugin for WooCommerce. This admin privilege escalation issue allows attackers to inject malicious scripts into a website, which can be executed whenever an administrator or other privileged user visits a specially crafted webpage. Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized access to sensitive data, site takeover, or further attacks on the organization or its users. It is strongly recommended that users update to the latest plugin version or implement effective XSS protection measures to mitigate this risk.
