Summary

CVE-2023-47655 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting Marco Milesi's ANAC XML Bandi di Gara from version n/a through 7.5. An attacker exploiting this issue can induce unintended actions from a victim's browser, leading to potential data manipulation or unauthorized system changes. The CSRF vulnerability occurs when an attacker tricks a user into making unintended actions on a web application, by including malicious requests in the victim's browsing session. This poses a significant risk to users who are logged into the affected application and visit malicious websites or receive specially crafted emails. It is recommended that users update their ANAC XML Bandi di Gara software to the latest version to mitigate this risk.
