Summary

CVE-2023-47644 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting the ProfileGrid plugin, versions 5.6.6 and older, for user profiles, memberships, groups, and communities. An attacker can exploit this issue by crafting a malicious request that is sent to the victim's browser, resulting in unintended actions on the affected website. The vulnerability could potentially lead to account takeover, privacy violations, or other unauthorized actions. It is strongly recommended that users upgrade to the latest version of ProfileGrid to mitigate this risk.
