Summary

CVE-2023-47636 is a Full Path Disclosure (FPD) vulnerability affecting the Pimcore Admin Classic Bundle. The issue arises due to the use of the load_file() function in certain queries, which requires the attacker to have the full path to the file they wish to access. When a non-existent file is attempted to be opened using the fopen() function, the server responds with the full path, potentially revealing sensitive information. This vulnerability has been addressed in commit `10d178ef771`, which is included in release version 1.2.1. It is strongly recommended that users upgrade as soon as possible, as there are currently no known workarounds for this issue.
