Summary

CVE-2023-47635 affects Decidim, a participatory democracy framework. In versions 0.23.0 and prior to 0.27.5 and 0.28.0, the Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) token check is disabled for questionnaire templates preview. This vulnerability does not pose a significant security risk, as it requires access to the session cookie in addition to the malicious URL. Attackers may potentially gain access to unintended information through this issue. However, it does not allow resource modification. The vulnerability is resolved in versions 0.27.5 and 0.28.0. As a temporary measure, users can disable the templates functionality or remove all available templates.
