Summary

CVE-2023-4761 is a high severity vulnerability impacting Google Chrome versions prior to 116.0.5845.179. In this issue, an out of bounds memory access occurs in the FedCM component. A remote attacker who has gained control of the renderer process can exploit this flaw to carry out an out-of-bounds memory read using a specially crafted HTML page. This vulnerability could potentially lead to information disclosure or other malicious activities. Users are advised to update their Google Chrome browsers to the latest version to mitigate this risk.
