Summary

CVE-2023-47238 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting the WebberZone Top 10 – WordPress Popular Posts plugin versions 3.3.2 and below. Attackers can exploit this flaw to manipulate user actions, such as making unintended changes to plugin settings or even gaining administrative privileges. The vulnerability arises due to insufficient input validation and authorization checks, enabling unauthorized requests to be made on behalf of a victim.
