Summary

CVE-2023-47186 is a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) vulnerability affecting versions 1.5.11 and below of the Kadence WP Kadence WooCommerce Email Designer plugin for WordPress. This issue allows an attacker to trick a user into making unintended actions on a web application in the context of another user, potentially leading to unauthorized modifications or data theft. Successful exploitation requires the attacker to have some level of control over the user's browser or session, and can occur when the user visits a specially crafted malicious website or clicks on a malicious link. Users are advised to update the plugin to the latest version to mitigate this risk.
