Summary

CVE-2023-47058 is a serious out-of-bounds read vulnerability that affects Adobe Premiere Pro versions 24.0 and earlier, as well as 23.6 and earlier. This issue arises when the software fails to properly parse a crafted file, causing it to read beyond the end of an allocated memory structure. By exploiting this vulnerability, an attacker could potentially execute code with the privileges of the current user. It's important to note that for an attack to occur, the victim must first open a specially crafted file.
