Summary

CVE-2023-46931 is a newly identified vulnerability affecting GPAC 2.3-DEV-rev605-gfc9e29089-master. This issue involves a heap buffer overflow in the "ffdmx_parse_side_data" function located in "ff_dmx.c" file of the gpac/MP4Box software. The flaw is found at line 202, column 14 of the aforementioned file. This vulnerability could potentially be exploited by malicious actors to execute arbitrary code or cause denial-of-service conditions.
