Summary

CVE-2023-46817 is a vulnerability affecting phpFox versions prior to 4.8.14. The issue lies in the lack of proper sanitization of url request parameters passed to the /core/redirect route. This oversight results in unserialized PHP objects being susceptible to injection by remote, unauthenticated attackers. The exploitation of this vulnerability allows for the execution of arbitrary PHP code, posing a significant security risk.
