CVE-2023-46659 is a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Jenkins Edgewall Trac Plugin version 1.13 and earlier. This issue allows attackers with Item/Configure permissions to inject malicious scripts into the Jenkins build page by not escaping the Trac website URL.
