Summary
CVE-2023-46659 is a stored cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting the Jenkins Edgewall Trac Plugin version 1.13 and earlier. This issue allows attackers with Item/Configure permissions to inject malicious scripts into the Jenkins build page by not escaping the Trac website URL. Successful exploitation can lead to unauthorized script execution and potential data theft or system compromise.
