Summary
CVE-2023-46656 is a vulnerability affecting the Jenkins Multibranch Scan Webhook Trigger Plugin version 1.0.9 and earlier. This issue arises from the use of a non-constant time comparison function when validating webhook tokens. Attackers can exploit this vulnerability by attempting to obtain a valid webhook token through statistical methods, potentially gaining unauthorized access to Jenkins multibranch pipelines.
