Summary
CVE-2023-46655 is a vulnerability affecting the Jenkins CloudBees CD Plugin version 1.1.32 and earlier. This issue permits attackers to publish arbitrary files from the Jenkins controller file system to the CloudBees CD server by following symbolic links outside of the directory during the 'CloudBees CD - Publish Artifact' post-build step. This potentially exposes sensitive information or allows unauthorized code execution. Jenkins users are urged to update their plugins to the latest version to mitigate this risk.
