Summary
CVE-2023-46493 is a Directory Traversal vulnerability affecting EverShop NPM versions prior to v1.0.0-rc.8. This issue permits a remote attacker to access sensitive information by crafting a malicious request to the readDirSync function present in fileBrowser/browser.js. The flaw can potentially lead to the exposure of confidential data, posing a significant risk to affected systems.
