Summary
CVE-2023-46474 is a file upload vulnerability affecting version 7.4.8 of PMB. A remote attacker can exploit this weakness by uploading a maliciously crafted PHP file to the start_import.php file. Upon successful upload, the attacker gains the ability to execute arbitrary code and escalate privileges.
