Summary
CVE-2023-46445 is a vulnerability affecting AsyncSSH versions prior to 2.14.1. This issue enables attackers to manipulate the extension info message during the SSH session negotiation process (RFC 8308) through a man-in-the-middle attack. Malicious actors can leverage this vulnerability to control the extension negotiation and potentially gain unauthorized access to the targeted system or steal sensitive data.
