Summary
CVE-2023-46407 is a newly identified vulnerability affecting FFmpeg versions prior to commit bf814. This issue involves an out-of-bounds read vulnerability in the read_vlc_prefix() function. The dist->alphabet_size variable is the culprit, allowing an attacker to read beyond the intended memory boundary.
