Summary

CVE-2023-46381 affects LOYTEC devices running firmware versions 6.2.4 for LINX-212, 6.2.2 for LVIS-3ME12-A1, and 6.2.3 for LIOB-586. The issue lies in the lack of authentication for the preinstalled LWEB-802 web interface, accessible via an lweb802_pre/ URI. An attacker who gains unauthorized access can edit or create new projects and control their respective GUIs, posing a significant security risk. This vulnerability exposes users to potential data manipulation and unintended system changes. It is strongly recommended that affected users upgrade to patched firmware versions as soon as possible.
