This issue arises due to the use of the snakeyaml library, which has its own known vulnerability, CVE-2022-1471. The vulnerability is located in the YamlUtils.java file's readFrom method, which unmarshals user-supplied data. The fix involves upgrading to Apache Submarine version 0.8.0 or applying the PR 1054, which addresses the issue. Unpatched versions of Apache Submarine, specifically those between 0.7.0 and 0.8.0, are at risk.
