CVE-2023-46290

Summary

CVE-2023-46290 is a vulnerability affecting the FactoryTalk® Services Platform web service. An unauthenticated attacker can exploit this issue, which stems from insufficient code logic, to obtain a local Windows OS user token. Subsequently, the attacker can use this token to log into the FactoryTalk® Services Platform, gaining unauthorized access, only if the authorized user has not previously logged in.
