Summary

CVE-2023-46210 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting version 1.4 and below of the WebCource WC Captcha plugin. This issue allows an attacker to inject malicious scripts into a website's pages with administrative privileges by exploiting a flaw in the plugin's authentication process. Successful exploitation could lead to unauthorized access to sensitive data, account takeover, and further unintended consequences. Users are advised to upgrade to the latest version of the plugin as soon as possible to prevent potential attacks.
