Summary

CVE-2023-46117 is a newly identified vulnerability in the reconFTW tool, which is used for automated domain reconnaissance. The weakness lies in the inadequate validation of retrieved subdomains, allowing an attacker to inject a malicious Content Security Policy (CSP) entry on their own domain.
