Summary

CVE-2023-46104 is a vulnerability affecting Apache Superset versions up to and including 2.1.2 and 3.0.0, 3.0.1. An authenticated attacker can exploit this issue by uploading a malicious ZIP file to import database, dashboards, or datasets, leading to uncontrolled resource consumption. This can potentially result in denial-of-service conditions or other unwanted consequences. The vulnerability arises from insufficient input validation in Apache Superset's import functionality.
