Summary
CVE-2023-45906 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting Dreamer CMS version 4.1.3. An attacker can exploit this issue through the /admin/user/add component to launch a Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF) attack. The vulnerability allows an unauthenticated attacker to submit malicious requests on behalf of a user who is currently authenticated to the CMS, potentially leading to unauthorized actions or data modifications within the application.
