Summary
CVE-2023-45722 is a path traversal arbitrary file read vulnerability affecting HCL DRYiCE MyXalytics. The issue stems from the product's failure to neutralize special elements in user input used to construct file paths. As a result, attackers can manipulate these paths and access files outside the restricted directory, potentially causing significant disruption or even taking over the application.
