Summary

CVE-2023-45640 is a stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting version 4.6.8 and below of the TechnoWich WP ULike – Most Advanced WordPress Marketing Toolkit plugin. An attacker can inject malicious scripts into an authenticated user's contributions, which are then stored on the server and executed when the contaminated content is viewed by other users. This issue poses a significant risk, as the attacker can steal sensitive information or take control of the affected user's account, and potentially spread the exploit to other users. It is highly recommended that users update their plugins to the latest version to mitigate this threat.
