Summary

CVE-2023-45318 is a critical vulnerability affecting the HTTP Server functionality of Weston Embedded uC-HTTP. The issue involves a heap-based buffer overflow, which can be exploited by an attacker sending a specially crafted network packet. Successful exploitation allows for arbitrary code execution, potentially leading to serious security compromises. This vulnerability was introduced in git commit 80d4004.
