Summary
CVE-2023-45168 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting IBM AIX 7.2, 7.3, and VIOS 3.1 systems. Maliciously crafted input to the invscout command can be exploited by a local, non-privileged user to execute arbitrary commands. IBM X-Force has assigned the vulnerability the ID 267966.
