Summary

CVE-2023-45138 is a critical vulnerability affecting the Change Request application, which allows users to request changes on a wiki without publishing them directly. Starting from version 0.11 and before version 1.9.2, an unprivileged user can execute remote code injections by crafting an appropriate title when creating a new Change Request. This issue is particularly dangerous as Change Requests are typically initiated by users with limited rights. Thankfully, the vulnerability has been addressed in Change Request 1.9.2. However, a workaround is available without upgrading by editing the `ChangeRequest.Code.ChangeRequestSheet` document and implementing the same fix as in the commit responsible for the patch.
