Summary
CVE-2023-45054 is a reflected Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) vulnerability affecting versions 2.5 and below of the AWESOME TOGI Product Category Tree plugin. An attacker can exploit this issue by injecting malicious code through a specially crafted URL, allowing them to execute script in the context of the affected website. Successful exploitation could lead to session hijacking, data theft, or other unauthorized actions. Users of the plugin are advised to update to the latest version to mitigate this risk.
