Summary

CVE-2023-45026 is a newly disclosed path traversal vulnerability that affects several QNAP operating system versions. This issue permits authenticated administrators to access unexpected files, potentially exposing sensitive data over a network. Affected versions include QTS 5.1.5.2645 and earlier, QuTS hero h5.1.5.2647 and earlier, and QuTScloud c5.1.5.2651 and earlier. Users are advised to upgrade to the patched versions QTS 5.1.5.2645 build 20240116 and later, QuTS hero h5.1.5.2647 build 20240118 and later, and QuTScloud c5.1.5.2651 and later to mitigate this risk.
