Summary

CVE-2023-4473 is a command injection vulnerability affecting the web servers of Zyxel's NAS326 (V5.21(AAZF.14)C0) and NAS542 (V5.21(ABAG.11)C0) firmware versions. An unauthenticated attacker can exploit this flaw by crafting a malicious URL and sending it to a vulnerable device. Successful exploitation grants the attacker the ability to execute certain OS commands, potentially leading to serious security consequences. The vulnerability poses a significant risk, and users are urged to update their firmware to mitigate the threat.
