Summary

CVE-2023-44482: The Leave Management System Project v1.0 contains authenticated SQL injection vulnerabilities. The 'setsickleave' parameter in the admin/setleaves.php resource fails to filter user input, allowing malicious SQL statements to be executed directly against the database. This issue poses a serious risk for attackers to manipulate or extract sensitive data, modify application functionality, or even gain unauthorized access to the system. Users are strongly advised to update to a patched version as soon as possible.
