Summary

CVE-2023-44120 is a newly disclosed vulnerability affecting all versions of Spectrum Power 7 prior to V23Q4. This issue lies in the product's sudo configuration, which grants the local administrative account the ability to execute several entries as the root user. An authenticated local attacker can exploit this vulnerability to inject arbitrary code, ultimately resulting in unauthorized root access.
