CVE-2023-43627 is a path traversal vulnerability affecting ACERA 1320 firmware version 01.26 and earlier, as well as ACERA 1310 firmware version 01.26 and earlier. Authenticated attackers who are network-adjacent can exploit this weakness to manipulate critical system information by crafting specific requests. The threat is particularly significant when the devices are operating in ST (Standalone) mode. This issue could lead to unintended file modifications, potentially causing significant disruptions or compromise to the affected systems.
