Summary

CVE-2023-43553 is a memory corruption vulnerability affecting Access Points (APs). The issue arises when the AP processes beacon or probe response frames containing an excessive number of supported links in the Management Information Element (MIE). Successful exploitation of this vulnerability could lead to arbitrary code execution or denial of service, posing a significant threat to network security.
