CVE-2023-4342: This vulnerability exposes Broadcom RAID Controllers to potential attacks due to the absence of HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) in their web interface. HSTS is essential for securing communications by enforcing the use of secure, encrypted HTTPS connections, instead of the less secure HTTP. With no HSTS policy in place, an adversary could intercept unencrypted data transmitted over HTTP, potentially leading to data theft or manipulation.
