Summary

CVE-2023-43206 is a newly discovered vulnerability affecting the firmware FW_v_4.3.0.8B003C of D-LINK DWL-6610 devices. This issue resides in the web_cert_download_handler function, where a command injection flaw is present. An attacker can exploit this vulnerability by manipulating the certDownload parameter, enabling them to execute arbitrary commands on the affected system. Successful exploitation may result in unauthorized access, data theft, or system damage. Users are strongly advised to update their devices as soon as a patch becomes available.
